License Agreement

The images provide on Vandart Gallery are created and offered with the express intent that they be used by other artists in their creations.

No redistributing images. You may not use these image files in any way that allows the end user to download or extract the original standalone image.

Who, other than myself, can use the licensed content?

The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you cannot transfer or sublicense them to anyone else, with two exceptions.

• Employer or client. If you are purchasing on behalf of your employer or client, then your employer or client can use the content. If you do not have that authority, then your employer or client may not use the content.

• Subcontractors. You may allow subcontractors (such as a printer or mailing house) or distributors to use images in the production of a project or end use. Our image files may not be used for other subcontractor purposes.

Restricted Uses

• Images may not be used in pornographic, defamatory or unlawful manner.
• You may not use the image present an image in a way that gives others the false assumption that you're the original author of the work.
